At Mobile Pixels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your portable monitor setup. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Mobile Pixels device and all included accessories into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
